3 weeks without animal protein.

  • My sleep has improved
  • Recovery time after strength training is less than a day.
  • I have dropped a pants size.
  • Less adult acne

Downside: I am a bit more gassy (TMI) but it does not smell bad. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I also feel great! Much lighter in the mornings. I now wake up before my alarm.
