Mid Teams call, I just started doing squats.

There was nothing else I could do with the extra energy.

What happened?

My breakfast was 5 fruits:

  • Grapefruit
  • Gala Apple
  • Banana
  • Orange
  • Brazil Nuts

I was ready to shoot of like a bottle rocket.

Unfortunately for me I had 4 hours worth of calls. ☹️

I tried this same combo 3 times. Exact same result.
