As a former Ketosis Warrior, I felt amazing doing this diet.

As far as looking and feeling good this diet hits the mark.

There are even some studies that improve blood sugar with a slight decrease in overall cholesterol.

However, it falls on it’s “face” for reducing heart disease. Studies have shown that this diet increases arterial clogging faster than any other diet.

We are not made to eat animal products as our main diet.
