Playing the Long Game. When eating meat may make sense??

When does it make the most since to start eating animal protein.

My 1st answer would have been never which is only partially correct but…

According to the Valter Longo of “The Longevity Diet” offers you the best health opportunity to become a Centenarian.

When your muscles start to wither due to age-related (60s or 70s) deterioration it may be time to incorporate eggs, chicken or beef back into your diet to increase protein.

This will decrease muscle imbalance as you age.

I still believe a whole food plant based diet is best the Longevity Diet is fairly close so I approve.
