Listen. New things are hard but you love you more than you love your habits.
Start small. Do Meatless Mondays for a couple of weeks.
Then add in an additional day. For a couple of weeks.
Give yourself a Monday-Wednesday-Friday split for plant based eating.
This will get you comfortable new plant based entrees. Experiment and have fun.
Give yourself grace backsliding happens because peer pressure is Herculean when it comes to avoiding meat.
