The common thread in all diets for weight loss

WFPD.

Vegan.

Vegetarian.

Mediterranean.

Longevity.

Clean eating.

Pescatarian.

Keto.

Low fat.

The diet does not matter.

The reason you eat is to produce energy.

Unused energy is ALWAYS stored.

You should be “shaking, rattling and rolling” at least 6 times a week.

Exercise can be a 30 minute walk, 20 minute game of pickleball, dancing, or wrestling with your kids.

Make it fun so you will keep doing it.

Add challenges like running 10% further every week.

Stick to it and lose the weight.
