  • Cauliflower “steaks” over brown rice and quinoa
  • Black bean burger tofu “bacon” burger with sweet potato fries
  • Oatmeal Raisin Cookies with flaxseed and sweetened with dates
  • Chocolate peanut butter cups sweetened with dates
  • Hearts of Palm fried “fish”

The level of creativity in plant based meals is unrivaled.
