Lunch: Sliced Tofu, Chikn Tofu, Summer Rolls with Tofu, Tofu Tacos

Dinner: Brisk-fu, Sloppy Toes, Crispy Tofu Mac n cheese, Tofu Tiki Masala.

I keep a pack on hand because you never know when you need a meal with protein.
